If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to Cave Creek Designs within 30 days – in the condition you received it for a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with a valid invoice. All exchanges are subject to reshipping charges. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return and a brief explanation for the refund or exchange.

Shipping and handling fees from your original order are not refundable for standard returns. If any items arrived damaged or you experienced an error with your order, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.

Processing Time for Returns:Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
